Privacy policy

This policy explains how SEO Ops handles account, project, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics data. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to airdave@gmail.com.

Data we process

SEO Ops stores the administrator account, workspace, client and project records required to operate the service. Operational records include synchronization status, bounded error messages, usage counts and job timing.

Google user data

SEO Ops requests read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics. After an administrator grants access, the service discovers accessible properties and imports data only from properties the administrator explicitly assigns to a project.

Imported Search Console data can include dates, pages, search queries, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position. Imported Analytics data can include dates, landing pages, traffic source and medium, sessions, engaged sessions, users, new users, key events and revenue when the connected property provides it.

How data is used

Google user data is used to provide project reporting and SEO operations features inside the authorized workspace. SEO Ops does not use Google user data for advertising and does not sell it. Access is limited to the service operator and infrastructure needed to run the application.

Storage and security

Application data is stored in PostgreSQL on Railway, and the web application runs on Vercel. Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage and remain on the server. OAuth permissions are read-only. The service does not expose tokens or raw Google API responses to the browser.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting a Google account removes its stored tokens and project bindings. Historical metrics already synchronized remain in the workspace so existing reporting is preserved. To request deletion of an account, project, or synchronized data, contact airdave@gmail.com. Google access can also be revoked from the connected Google account.

Limited Use

SEO Ops's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
